Disney Channel‘s Roshon Fegan, who plays the role of Ty Blue on “Shake It Up!”, is a contestant on the 14th season of Dancing with the Stars. His partner is Chelsie Hightower. Fans on Twitter wanted to know if he has an advantage over other contestants because he is a cast member of the dance themed Disney Channel original series. Disney Channel has increased Shake It Up’s second season order to 26 episodes. A second soundtrack with songs from the series, “Shake It Up: Live 2 Dance,” will be released tomorrow, on March 20, 2012.

  2. Dear Disney, can I take Roshon’s place on Shake it Up until he gets back from Dancing With the Stars? Just kidding, But I would love to be part of Shake it up. I have left a few post on a few other sites but I’m not gonna copy and paste anything I said, I just want to speak from the heart. Being cast for Shake it Up for me is something I would love to do. I love to inspire, I love to dance, I love to play music and I love comedy. Disney has been something I wanted to be a part of for the past two years and I love what Disney does for young people all around the world. Shake it Up is my favorite show on Disney now and if I even made it one one episode, I would cherish it forever. If being cast for the show there is a lot I can bring to the table. I am a dance instructor in a dance studio and I also choreograph for two dance clubs in a high school in Arizona. I am part of the Arizona dance community with my dance crew Phusion whom which I created on June 1st 2011. Dancing is my passion, music is my life, comedy makes me feel good and I express mysef through it all. I’ve also grown up singing in the church choir and still to this day play my saxophone at church. Singing has been going on since I was little (although I don’t sing much anymore), music I’ve been studying for 12 years and play 12 instruments (specialized in woodwinds), dancing is what I have dedicated myself to these past 2 1/2 years. and comedy is something I just pick on on from time to time. To be on this show is more than just to be seen but to contribute to something that inspires people and makes them feel good. I also have lots of ideas I am willing to share and I love to perform. Performing is another atmosphere for me. I love it, I live it, I breathe it. if this post ever gets me anywhere, I will always remember it and work hard to do the best job I can and work hard to get out the message of positivism through dance and the whole world of entertainment as far as I can go. Thank you,
