Disney Channel and Moose Toys are teaming up to find two kids to be official Toy Reviewers. Casting producers are conducting a national talent search in Australia looking for two kids between 8 and 16 years of age to star in their toy reviews on-air! The kids selected will receive a 14 month paid contract which includes payments of $200 per production shoot. The audition process consists of kids uploading a homemade video to the official Disney Channel website for the talent search.

Disney Channel casting actors and extras for third season of live-action comedy series ‘Jessie’
On March 28, 2013 Disney Channel announced that the live-action comedy series “Jessie” was renewed for a third season. Now the casting director is auditioning talent for guest starring, recurring, and day player roles. The extras are cast throughout the season as needed. The series uses a multi-camera setup which is known as “filmized”, a technique in which video is made to appear to have been shot on film. “Jessie” is videotaped at Hollywood Center Studios in Los Angeles, CA.

It’s a Laugh Productions is now in production on season one of the brand new Disney XD live-action superhero comedy series “Mighty Med”. Disney casting directors are beginning to audition actors for series regulars, recurring roles, guest starring roles, and day players. The extras are being hired throughout shooting on the sophomore season, which will continue through November 1, 2013. “Mighty Med” is a multi-camera series that was inspired by the extraordinary world of super heroes and comic books. Shooting takes place in Los Angeles.

Extras are being hired throughout the season. The multi-camera sitcom premiered on Disney Channel on October 12, 2012 and was renewed for a second season on February 4, 2013. In a highly admirable corporate decision, Disney Channel has been airing Public Service Announcements in conjunction with “Dog with a Blog” educating kids on responsible pet adoption and encouraging kindness to animals.

ABC Family casting calls for Jennifer Lopez produced series ‘The Fosters’
Blazing Elm Entertainment and Prodco in association with Nuyorican Productions are nearing the start of shooting on the ABC Family drama series pilot “The Fosters”. Auditions are taking place in Los Angeles and New York for series regulars, guest starring, possible recurring, and day player roles. All of the show’s extras will be cast in Los Angeles throughout the shoot, beginning in late October, 2012. Especially needed will be talent who are 18 years of age and above, or legally emancipated, who can portray high school students.
