The extras casting directors in Atlanta, GA are seeking local people who have floor-length gowns and tuxedos or very nice black suits to work on April 25, 2013. Female talent must also either have a 1970s style haircut or be able to style their hair in a 70s manner. For this formal event scene, the casting directors only want people who have not previously worked on the film. Note: “Anchorman 2” aka “Anchorman: The Legend Continues” is going by the working title “Teaching Manheim”.

Paramount Pictures subsidiary Nickelodeon Movies in association with Platinum Dunes and Mednick Productions are getting ready to begin production on the live-action feature film “Ninja Turtles,” based on the legendary comic book series by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. Casting directors are holding auditions for starring, co-starring, and supporting roles. The extras casting director will be hiring featured and general background performers throughout filming, which is taking place from April 13 through July 31, 2013. Shooting will be at the largest and most sophisticated studio complex outside of Hollywood, Steiner Studios in Brooklyn. Additional principal photography will take place at various locations in New York City and surrounding areas.

The casting director is holding auditions in Los Angeles for principal acting roles, and additional casting for smaller speaking roles will be cast in Atlanta, GA. Filming will take place there from March 4, 2013 through May 17, 2013. The local extras casting team is also hiring stand-ins for the films stars, as well as taking email submissions for general and featured background extras.

Filming is set to commence in early 2013, and the shooting location will be in New Zealand. The movie is based on the Radical Comics graphic novel of the same name written by Steve Moore. Casting for the film’s main stars will take place in Los Angeles and New York, with additional casting in Wellington, New Zealand. The photo-doubles and stand-ins for the film’s stars will be cast in New Zealand, as well as the extras.

Di Bonaventura Pictures and DreamWorks SKG in association with Hasbro are in development on the Paramount Pictures science fiction action film “Transformers 4”. The casting directors are auditioning actors for the new lead roles in the film, as neither Shia LaBeouf or Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are returning. The female lead role is an 18 year old or above who can play high school senior age, and the male lead is an early twenties Texas race car driver who plays the female lead’s boyfriend. Shooting will take place in various locations beginning in April or May of 2013. This film is currently being referred to as “Untitled Transformers Sequel”.
