Disney Channel and Moose Toys are teaming up to find two kids to be official Toy Reviewers. Casting producers are conducting a national talent search in Australia looking for two kids between 8 and 16 years of age to star in their toy reviews on-air! The kids selected will receive a 14 month paid contract which includes payments of $200 per production shoot. The audition process consists of kids uploading a homemade video to the official Disney Channel website for the talent search.
Tulip Road Productions and Cue The Dog Productions are in pre-production on the Lifetime Movie Network psychological thriller movie “Flowers In The Attic” based on the extremely popular 1979 novel by Virginia Andrews, which has sold over 40 million copies to date. Casting directors in Los Angeles are holding auditions for starring, co-starring, and day player roles. Roles being cast include the four Dollanganger children, and the production would prefer to hire actors who are over 18 years of age, but that can play younger for the teen roles. The extras are being cast throughout production, which will take place in Vancouver from August 12, 2013 through September 14, 2013.

Auditions for the brand new Disney Channel half-hour comedy sitcom pilot “Fantasma” are now underway for the series regulars. The storyline follows a family that moves into an old house, and they soon discover that there is a perky teenage girl already living there – and she just so happens to be a ghost!

The network has picked up the series from a pilot episode, and the lead role of a 13 year old boy is being re-cast. The casting director will also be casting guest stars, and day players. The extras, photo-doubles, and stand-ins will be hired throughout production this Summer, 2012. Many kids and teens will be cast. The multi-camera series will launch on Disney XD in Fall, 2012. “Crash & Bernstein” is a live-action comedy with puppetry.
The upcoming independent dark teen comedy feature film “Spring Breakers” is currently auditioning actors in Los Angeles for lead roles and supporting roles. Smaller roles and extras will be cast in Florida where shooting will take place beginning in February, 2012. The movie is about four female college students who attempt to pay for their spring break trip by robbing a restaurant, and end up getting busted. Academy Award nominated actor James Franco plays a rapping drug dealer who bails the girls out and persuades them to help him kill his rival dealer.
